This summer the off-the-shoulder style is an official top
trend to follow. It is the perfect balance of retro and modern and regardless
if it’s a dress or shirt, you will fit right in with the trend. While I haven’t
figured out if I love it or hate it on me yet, I found this tassel off the
shoulder dress at Marshalls, so I had to get it. I wore it to brunch couple of
weeks ago and paired it with a pop of color.
