You know how when the book The Secret came out and everyone was making vision boards. Well my vision board has always included images of slim women. My goal in life has always been to be skinny, well not skinny necessarily just curvy but fit; and I was for like a minute 3 years ago. I didn't know it then, as we never do in the moment but I was at my ideal weight and I looked amazing. The problem for me has always been maintaining the weight loss. It is really difficult to do, so when you see someone who has lost a significant amount of weight and managed to keep it off to me that's inspiring.
Now, now don't judge but my fitness inspiration of the moment is Khloe Kardashian, I mean look at her! You cannot tell me that she is not fitness goals, her body is ahhhhmazing, and she has managed to keep it off. Now don't start thinking I have a board in my room with cuts outs of her from magazines, that is what Instagram is for. Yes, I follow her on there because whenever she pops up on my homepage I immediately think damn she looks great, I need to go to the gym.
Now if just seeing a picture of someone can inspire you to get your butt off the couch and into the gym, then that is not something to be taken lightly. I'm not saying she has to be your inspiration, but find someone who does put that fire into you and use it.
