I love food, and bread ranks pretty high on that list. I
have been trying to find an easy and simple banana bread recipe for a long time. I didn't know there was so many ways to mess up making something that should be so simple, but yet I did it. By trial and error I have landed on this recipe variation. This is the most successful and
versatile banana bread recipe I've found and it can easily be modified by
adding chocolate chips, walnuts, apple sauce without having to modify the
recipe at all.
Ingredients
· 1 teaspoon vanilla
·
1/2 cup margarine, softened
·
1 cup white sugar
·
2 eggs
·
1 1/2 cups mashed banana
·
2 cups all-purpose flour

pan)
Mix margarine and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs, then bananas. Add flour and soda, stirring
just until combined.
Pour into a pan and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
for about 45 minutes (or till toothpick comes out clean).
Remove from pan and let cool. Enjoy.
Let what you think if you try it.
