This dress is what I think spring and summer would look like
in a dress. It's bright, off the shoulder, flowy and has subtle ruffle hem. My favorite
part is that it's flattering on most people and you can easily dress it up or
down. I have worn it with runners here, and today I paired it up with a simple strappy
sandal.
