If you live in a place where you have a Local restaurant (Local the name, not region sepcific) you have to try their edamame, it is SO delicious. I was trying to make a healty-ish version for a snack so I am not eating chips or things that aren't necessarily good for me.
Here is what you will need:
1 lb bag
frozen in-shell edamame beans, defrosted
1 tbsp.
extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. salt
red pepper
flakes (to taste)
sea salt (to taste)
2 tbsp. of
soya sauce
1.
Preheat oven
to 450 degrees F.
2.
On a large
baking tray, toss edamame with olive oil, salt and red pepper flakes.
3.
Bake until the
edamame is charred, 10 to 15 minutes.
4.
Sprinkle with
flaky sea salt to taste and toss in soya sauce.
What do you guys think?
