You guys wanna know what the hardest part of trying to eat healthy? NOT BEING ALLOWED TO EAT ALL THE BREAD and CHEESE I WANT - yes I have a problem, but don't judge me, I am trying here. Easiest way not to eat bread, or cheese if you like sandwiches is cucumber tuna boats. Take no time at all to make, tastes good and are healthy
Here is what you need:
1/3 c. Frank's hot sauce
2 tbsp. mayonnaisesalt
ground black pepper
1 can of flaked tuna
1 cucumber cut into 3" pieces
1/3 c. crumbled blue cheese
chives, tomatoes, green onions for garnish (optional)
Directions :
- in a medium bowl, mix together hot sauce and mayo and season with salt and pepper. Add tuna and mix to combine.
- Spoon chicken mixture into celery boats.
- Garnish to taste
