I know when the last season of Gilmore Girls aired that there was a sadness in the world. So many people loved the witty and quick banter between Rori and Lorelie for many years. As a 17 year old single mother, I connected to these two ladies immediately. A strong independent woman raising a daughter in a world with people judging and expecting the worst - to in turn become successful and HAPPY. Every parent's goal regardless of age or circumstances.
Now Lauren is telling her story of how she got to play the role of this fabulous character - cannot wait to read it! I started - 4 pages in, I had to put it down because it was going to overtake my life. Sometime we have things to do before we can get totally lost in the pages of a great story.
