It's award season so there are a few picks that are Oscar contenders. I don't normally like a lot of the Oscar picks but this year they have quite a few good ones. My other picks are movies I'm looking forward to watching. I mean Black Panther is ground breaking a super hero movie with an all black cast has not happened ever. I cannot wait to watch it.
Black Panther- After the events of Captain America: Civil War, King T'Challa returns home to the reclusive, technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda to serve as his country's new leader. However, T'Challa soon finds that he is challenged for the throne from factions within his own country. When two foes conspire to destroy Wakanda, the hero known as Black Panther must team up with C.I.A. agent Everett K. Ross and members of the Dora Milaje, Wakandan special forces, to prevent Wakanda from being dragged into a world war

The Shape of Water- At a top secret research facility in the 1960s, a lonely janitor forms a unique relationship with an amphibious creature that is being held in captivity. This is an Oscar contender so check it out and see what you think.
Maze Runner- This is the final movie in the series and I cannot wait, I did have to wait and watch the last one with someone as it scared me but I can't wait to see the ending. IMB says "Young hero Thomas embarks on a mission to find a cure for a deadly disease known as the "Flare"." Which doesn't really do the films justice. Watch the series and let me know what you think.
The Post- A cover-up that spanned four U.S. Presidents pushed the country's first female newspaper publisher and a hard-driving editor to join an unprecedented battle between the press and the government. I love political movies, but especially political movies based on truth. I am so looking forward to watching this!
Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri- A mother personally challenges the local authorities to solve her daughter's murder when they fail to catch the culprit. I saw a clip from this movie at the Golden Globes and was immediately intrigued my sister and I began discussing it and found the trailer to watch it. We were hooked and that was the movie we decided we had to watch next.
