In honor of April
being National Grilled Cheese Month, today I am sharing my go to grilled cheese
recipe. As if we could
resist grilled cheese, try this fresh and flavorful twist on grilled cheese.
This S Spinach and Ricotta Grilled Cheese is a must try grilled cheese
sandwich! It’s loaded with ton of cheese and it has that delicious flavor, and
a little spicy kick thanks to the new French's
crunchy toppings.
here is what you need:
Sliced sour dough bread
bunch of spinach
4 types of cheese (I used a mix mozzarella, cheddar, jalapeno Havarti and feta)
French's crunchy toppings
salted butter
How to make it:
bunch of spinach
4 types of cheese (I used a mix mozzarella, cheddar, jalapeno Havarti and feta)
French's crunchy toppings
salted butter
How to make it:
Preheat skillet
over medium heat. Generously butter one side of a slice of bread. Place bread
butter-side-down onto skillet bottom and layer cheese top off with spinach.
Butter a second
slice of bread on one side and place butter-side-up on top of sandwich. Grill
until lightly browned and flip over; continue grilling until cheese is melted.
Top the grilled
cheese with French's crunchy toppings. Enjoy
We used two
different French's crunchy toppings - Dill Pickle and Jalapenos toppings. I
love the French's Crispy Jalapenos toppings – they are spicy, crunchy and made
with real Jalapenos. You can use these crispy toppers add a kick to all your
favorite meals. There are ton of recipes and ideas available here.
