So we here in Edmonton seem to have missed a season and have now jumped from Winter to Summer. I am not complaining, here I come patios! Since Mother Nature missed a season I will too and give you my top picks to check out this Summer.
Sweetbitter- I would definitely describe this show as Sex and the City meets Top chef with a twist watch the trailer here. Just check it out and you will agree with my description.
American Woman- You all know from my pervious posts my obsession for reality television, well that includes the Real Housewives franchise more specifically this time is Beverly Hills. Kyle Richards is one of the executive producers, so I had to check it out even though it isn't reality TV, I still can't wait.
Making it- I picked this show because I love a good DIY, and this show is a crafting competition. What really drew me in though is whose hosting it. Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman are together again but this time as hosts of a crafting competition, I cannot wait to see how this goes. Check out the promo here.
The Innocents- I read the synopsis for this show and all I can think of is Romeo and Juliet with supernatural powers thrown into the mix, just to make it more interesting. I'm not sure if i'm going to like it but i'm definitely intrigued. Plus its a Netflix series so if I do like it I can binge watch it.
Dietland- Okay so I thought I knew what this show was about and then I watched the trailer and now i'm confused but in a good way. This show is way more complex than I thought. I thought it was going to be about weight loss and fashion at a magazine but it is so much more check out the trailer and then check out the show.
