Recently I attended a leadership conference, and we did something called colors which is essentially a personality assessment. I am very green, which means I am logical, like research and such. Each color was asked to pick a song that would best describe our cohort, what the green group landed on? Podcasts! Turns out, that aside from many similar personality traits we all preferred podcasts for our daily commute over radio. Here are five podcasts to help make your daily commute a little better:
TED Talks Daily
If you love TED Talks this is a podcast selection for you. Each week day there is a new episode bring you the latest from world of awesome that is TED Talks. Hear
thought-provoking ideas on every subject imaginable -- from Artificial
Intelligence to Zoology, and everything in between -- given by the world's

GirlBoss
By now you guys have to know that we LOVE Sophia Amoruso - Well because she is awesome. Her honesty and humor is so down to earth and I feel like I get to personally connect with her. On each episode of the Girlboss Radio, Sophia interviews boundary-pushing women who've made their mark—eschewing polite conversation and extracting solid advice from the lessons they've learned along the way.
The AmateurTraveller
I stumbled up The Amateur Traveller (yes that’s how its spelled) last year sometimes, and love to tune in when I am experiencing major wanderlust or on a search for my next vacation. The Amateur Traveler focuses primarily on travel destinations and the best places to travel to.
Good Life Project
If you are looking for motivation, inspiration, and few tips and tricks on how to live your best happy life, this is a good place to start.
WTF with Marc Maron
If you are looking to laugh this is a podcast series for you. I can think of countless amounts of times I am walking and randomly burst out laughing, while everyone around me stars at me, when I am listening to Marc Maron.
