5 Under-the-Radar Towns You Need to Visit

I absolutely love to travel, in case you haven't figure that out about me yet, and hitting all the must see spots is awesome. I love me a big city, all things happening kind of place but finding those under-the-radar places is amazing. The smaller yet buzzing metropolises and quaint towns that consistently offer out delicious food and drink, quaint places to relax, or breathtaking views to take in; you know those great places without the big-name reputation. So, we went on a hunt, to find best places, who’s names you know, but never considered them. 
That is, until now. Who knows? You could find your next vacation spot.
We rounded five places you should visit - we'd love to hear what you think!



Norrkoping, Sweden


Norrkoping is nicknamed “The Manchester of Sweden” because of its historical role in the paper and textile industries. Those industries were powered by the Motala river, which runs through the city. City is filled with gorgeous architecture, many places to eat and drink and lots of places to explore. If you are looking for a relaxing, charming place to take it easy - Norrkoping is for you.



Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Located in Northeast part of Bosnia and its mostly known for its Salt mines. The Ottoman empire architecture can be spotted everywhere. Tuzla is home to man made salt lake, called Panonsko Jezero, great parks to explore and small family owned restaurants with delicious food. Tuzla is also home to a great little airport that offers super cheap flights to assortment of places around Europe.

Manarola is a small, but charming place, on a hill side. With delicious and romantic places to eat and drink to views you wont believe. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, or place to relax this is a place for you. 


Pamukkale, Turkey

Pamukkale, meaning "cotton castle" in Turkish, is a natural site in Denizli in southwestern Turkey. The area is famous for a carbonate mineral left by the flowing water. Its gorgeous, pristine white cliffs tower over this recently revitalized spa town with its Sacred Pool and calcium-rich mineral springs. This is on my must see list - just google it. The photos are AMAZING.
