Christmas Tree Brownies

I don't know about you but for me December and January are filled with holiday parties, gathering with people you like but most importantly never ending desserts. I hosted our annual Girlsmass get together and decided to make festive dessert instead my go to Oreo cookie dough brownies. This is my moms easy brownies and they ready in about an hour and in my I m no expert in decorating so that took me an hour.

Here is what you need:

Brownies:

2/3 cup butter

200 g milk chocolate, chopped

150 grams semi sweet chocolate, chopped

1 and 1/2 sugar

2 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

4 eggs

1 cup all purpose flour

Icing: (or you can be lazy and buy green or white frosting like yours truly. I googled best way to make icing and this is what I found) 

2/3 cup of sited icing sugar

2 tsp milk

2 tbsp butter

Green paste food coloring

sprinkles

pretzel sticks

In a bowl, using hand mixer on medium speed beat butter until smooth. Reduce speed to low and beat in icing sugar and milk until mixture is smooth and thick. Tint with food. Spoon icing into piping bag fitted with small plain tip, pipe lines into brownie. Decorate with sprinkles.
