White Chocolate Haystacks

Do you need a quick and easy dessert to take with you to your next holiday party? This recipe takes about 20 minutes, needs 30 minutes to set while you get ready and its bound to be a hit. 



What you will need:
  • 1 cup of white and milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp of coconut oil
  • 2 cups of pretzels 
  • 1/2 cup chopped salted almonds
  • sprinkles (or whatever you want to decorate with)
  • pinch of sea salt
How to make it:
  • melt chocolate chips (until smooth consistency is achieved)
  • Stir in coconut oil and sea salt
  • Fold in chopped almonds and pretzels
  • Spoon one 1 tbsp onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Sprinkle / decorate 
  • refrigerate for 30 minutes (or until firm)

I don't eat or like peanut/peanut butter but this recipe can be easily modified to have peanuts or dark chocolate.
