New Years is my favorite holiday. I love the prospect of new beginning, and all things sparkly and sequin. Sequin is definitely my favorite option for a fun and festive NYE outfit!! You can never go wrong with a bit of sparkle to bring in the New Year - I paired my dress with boots because its always so cold here but this dress could easily work with OTK boots, simple pumps or sandals.
