Easy Shrimp Pizza

Guys, I have made pizza 10 times over the last month. Now that I have perfected the dough - I decided to experiment. This pizza is fresh and super easy to make. Since my dough got big I folded some cheese in the edges and let me tell you, GAME CHANGER.
What you will need:
For dough:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon fresh yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons olive oil + additional
1 cup warm water

For rest of the pizza:
20 Shrimps
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp buffalo sauce
1 cup garlic Alfredo sauce
6 mushrooms sliced
10 tomatoes slices
1 1/2 cups cheese shredded

How to make it:
Put yeast into 1/4 of warm water and stir.
Combine flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
Add olive oil and 3/4 warm water and yeast water mixture and use a wooden spoon to stir well very well.
Add any additional flour as needed stirring until the dough is forming into a combined well. The dough will still be slightly sticky but still should be manageable with your hands.
Allow dough to rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 425F (215C).
Once the dough has risen, use your hands to gently deflate it and transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead briefly until smooth (about 3-5 times).
Use either a rolling pin to work the dough into 12" circle.
Drizzle additional olive oil (about a Tablespoon) over the top of the pizza and use your pastry brush to brush the entire surface of the pizza (including the crust) with olive oil.
Use a fork to poke holes all over the center of the pizza to keep the dough from bubbling up in the oven.
Cook shrimp with seasoning to taste. Use alfredo sauce instead pizza sauce, add desired toppings and bake in a 425F (215C) preheated oven for 13-15 minutes or until toppings are golden brown. Slice and serve.
