How early is it too early for PSL?? Well I don't care, it's never too early!! While back dalgona coffee was huge so I adopted it to the best version of Pumpkin Spice Latte.
What you need:
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp. instant coffee
2 tbsp. cold water
1/2 cup milk
How to make it:
In a bowl, combine sugar, coffee,pumpkin spice and water. Whisk the mixture well until it turns smooth and shiny. Than whisk some more, until it thickens and holds its foamy shape.
Froth (or steam milk), on a bottom of cup add 2 spoons of the mixture, than add frothed/steamed milk most of the way full, then put the whipped coffee mixture on top, mixing before drinking.
