This ruffle midi skirt (I worse the set here) has been of my favorite pieces and I can’t wait to transition it to fall. I was drawn to the color and, of course, the ruffle but I was sold by the elastic waist (like who doesn’t its so comfortable). This pretty blue print skirt works well with crop tops and tees but will work well with turtle necks, oversized sweaters and doors for colder days.
