These homemade yogurt parfaits are super simple to make, and healthy. Perfect for an easy grab-n-go breakfast, quick snack or after dinner treat. I make these if I have guests staying over or if know I m gonna be busy. The yogurt parfaits will keep in the refrigerator for several days, but if you add granola it will not. Adding granola just before eating it is the best way to go.
What you need:
1 container of whole milk plain yogurt, or Greek if you prefer it
3 Tbs. honey
1 lb. of fresh or frozen berries
1 1/2 – 2 cups of granola
How to make it:
Add honey to the container of yogurt. Stir well.
In a mason jar or a cup with a lid, layer yogurt and berries. Top with granola.
